General Exclusions:

Procedures that are not listed on the enrolled dental plan are considered as exclusions and will be charged to the member.

  1. ​Dental Services that requires Dental specializations such as Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Pediatric dentistry, Aesthetic dentistry, Orthodontists, Periodontists
  2. Medicines prescribed or applied other than those included in routine procedures.
  3. Dental appliances or Dental prosthesis
  4. Adjunct procedures or additional procedures recommended for complex dental conditions.
  5. Diagnostic aids such as Dental X-rays, Dental scans and study casts.
  6. Infection Control Protocol Fees/ PPE
