Since its inception in the year 2000, as a Limited Partnership and soon incorporated in 2007 HEALTH PARTNERS DENTAL ACCESS INC. is the preferred partner of corporate accounts and is accredited with the leading HMOs, Brokers, Marketing Groups, Schools and Insurance Companies. As testament to our quality dental care we are servising more than 1,000,000 + members nationwide.

Background and Development:

With the inception of healthcare services of corporate account in the 90’s and coursed through Life Insurance companies, HMO’s and TPA groups, dental services are riders with the medical coverage. Back then it was managed directly by the Insurer in tie up with accredited dental clinics through capitation and/or fee per service set up.

Initially, this has been a manageable situation, but with the advent of modern services and dental awareness; dental services access expanded and became a necessity. Eventually, healthcare companies started to outsource the administration part to reputable dental providers and this has been the first opportunity that the company saw. In 1999, with a start up group of about 50 clinics, we aggressively increased affiliation to about 700 clinics to this date, to answer the glaring need in providing quality dental care.

Handling and directing patients inquiry is our primary consideration. To keep up with the demands of servicing the members as well as the dentists, customer care staff was set up, enhanced turn around time of claims processing and payment. As well as periodic updates on dentist contact information from the booklet list mirrored in the website, launched and download our mobile app “Dental Access” for easy access.

Staff training is regularly conducted to go with improving the workplace environment.

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, in our humble way of sharing what we achieved, we regularly organize and participate free dental mission around the archipelago to give back to the community the dental services they deserved.
